Smoking, Cancellation, and Damage Policy Statement:  There is no smoking anywhere on our 97 acres, inside or outside.  Please treat our inn as you would your own home. Fines will be imposed for damage to property, and smoking fines start at $350.00 plus damages, including smoke odor  remediation, By making your reservation, you are accepting our policies. Thank you for understanding.Cancellation Policies: Normal Cancellation Policy: Your room charges will be refunded if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days in advance of your stay. You will be charged for the full amount of your stay if you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival. If you reserve 3 or more rooms, you must cancel 30 days in advance to receive a refund. EPIC UGM and Cross-Fit Cancellation Policy:if your stay includes the Cross-Fit Games Or the EPIC UGM dates of 9/24/17 - 9/28/17, your room charges will be refunded in full only if you cancel at least 60 days in advance of your stay. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance of your stay, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay. We DO allow you to transfer your stay to another guest at no charge.
